Solution Configuration

  • BL192Pro Edge I/O with expansion boards:

    • Y21 (Digital Output) for pump control

    • Y24 (Relay Output) for curtain motor control

    • Y33 (Analog Input) for soil moisture and light intensity

  • Weather data via Modbus TCP (Ethernet)

  • MQTT connectivity for cloud-based SCADA or mobile monitoring

Logic Control

  1. If weather forecast humidity > 80% → Disable irrigation pump (DO1=0).

  2. If soil moisture < 40% and light intensity > 1500 Lux → Enable pump (DO1=1).

  3. If light intensity > 1800 Lux → Close relay output (activate curtain motor).
