The IPM Series IP67 waterproof and dustproof remote I/O modules feature an industrial-grade design. They communicate via an RS485 interface and support the Modbus RTU protocol. The modules provide 8 channels of dry contact input (compatible with both dry and wet contacts) and adopt two wiring options: a pre-molded cable with potting process (IPM100) or an external cable with built-in tool-free terminal blocks (IPM100T), which facilitate on-site installation. The enclosure is made of acid- and alkali-resistant materials, offering protection up to IP67.
The IPM Series is designed to collect dry or wet contact sensor signals from various field devices and integrate them into a single multi-core cable, enabling connection between sensors and controllers through the cable.
With built-in tool-free terminal blocks, the IPM modules allow flexible cable length customization based on site requirements for quick field wiring. The compact junction box design ensures flexible installation, simple wiring, and stable, reliable performance. These modules are ideal for applications in water treatment, mining, marine, tunnels, logistics equipment, food processing, pharmaceutical machinery, and other industrial automation systems.
