The M420T Industrial Communication Module is an industrial-grade solution designed for high reliability, stability, and precision data acquisition in harsh industrial environments. It integrates a 32-bit high-performance microprocessor and an embedded 10/100M adaptive Ethernet module, supporting Modbus TCP, Modbus RTU over TCP, and MQTT protocols. As an Industrial Communication Module, it can be easily integrated into SCADA, PLCs, OPC servers, and other automation systems.
The M420T I/O Expansion Module provides 16 digital output channels (DO), with DO1 supporting high-speed pulse output (10Hz~300kHz). It also features an RS485 communication interface for cascading Modbus I/O devices in Modbus RTU Master mode. The module's built-in register mapping function ensures efficient data collection, optimizing real-time performance for PLC Integration Module applications.
Operating with a wide voltage range of 9~36VDC, the M420T also provides a 9~36VDC power output for external devices, reducing wiring costs. Designed with high protection industrial I/O module features, it offers surge, ESD, and reverse power protection. Its robust IP30 metal housing allows for DIN rail or wall mounting, ensuring reliable operation in industrial automation and control systems.
