The BLIIoT M120E Rugged Ethernet I/O Module is an industrial-grade data acquisition device built for reliable remote monitoring and control. It features a 32-bit MCU, dual 10/100M Ethernet ports and an RS485 interface, supporting Modbus TCP, Modbus RTU over TCP and MQTT for seamless integration with SCADA, PLCs and IoT platforms.
This Industrial Remote I/O Module includes 4 digital inputs, 4 digital outputs, 4 analog inputs and 2 analog outputs. DI supports dry/wet contacts and 700kHz high-speed pulse counting, while DO features sink output with one channel capable of 300kHz pulse generation. AI supports 0-5V, 0-10V, 0-20mA and 4-20mA signals with 12-bit resolution and AO delivers 0-10VDC output with a 1000mA max load.
The M120E supports register mapping for cascading Modbus RTU devices via RS485, ensuring fast TCP polling. It operates on 9-36VDC with reverse polarity protection and provides an additional DC output (up to 1500mA) for external sensors. With a metal enclosure, IP30 rating and DIN rail/wall-mounting options, it’s ideal for industrial automation, smart agriculture and energy monitoring applications.
