The M150T Ethernet I/O Module is a high-performance data acquisition module designed for industrial automation. Featuring 8digital inputs, 4analog inputs and 4digital outputs, this versatile data acquisition module ensures precise monitoring and control in harsh environments. With support for Modbus TCP, RTU and MQTT protocols, it seamlessly integrates into SCADA, PLC and IoT systems. 
Description

The M150T Data Acquisition Module is a compact, industrial-grade remote I/O device designed for accurate and stable signal monitoring in harsh automation environments. Powered by a 32-bit high-performance MCU and integrated with a 10/100M adaptive Ethernet port, it supports Modbus TCP (master/slave), Modbus RTU over TCP and MQTT protocols, enabling easy integration into SCADA systems, OPC servers and other industrial platforms.

The Remote I/O Module M150T features 8 digital inputs, 4 analog inputs and 4 digital outputs. DI1 supports high-speed pulse counting up to 700kHz, while DI2 through DI8 support low-speed pulse counting up to 1kHz. The AI channels offer 16-bit resolution and support 0-5V, 0-10V, 0-20mA and 4-20mA signals. DO1 supports pulse output from 10Hz to 300kHz, DO2 can be used for direction control. The RS485 interface enables cascading of Modbus RTU I/O devices and the internal register mapping (300 bit + 300 16-bit) ensures fast and efficient TCP polling.

Operating with a 9~36VDC input and built-in reverse polarity protection, the M150T also provides one DC power output equal to the input voltage (up to 1500mA @12V) for external device power supply. Its rugged metal enclosure offers IP30 protection and supports both DIN rail and wall mounting. As a reliable and high-performance Data Acquisition Module, the M150T is ideal for distributed industrial automation and remote monitoring systems.
