Description

The M160E Industrial Ethernet I/O Module is a versatile data acquisition and control device designed for industrial automation applications. Built with a 32-bit high-performance MCU, it features dual 10/100M Ethernet ports for reliable network connectivity and supports multiple protocols including Modbus TCP, Modbus RTU over TCP and MQTT. This rugged module is ideal for factory automation, process monitoring and distributed control systems in demanding industrial environments.

This Industrial Automation Control Module offers flexible I/O configurations with 8 digital inputs (including DIN1 supporting 700kHz high-speed pulse counting), 8 analog inputs (12-bit resolution for 0-5V/0-10V voltage and 0-20mA/4-20mA current signals) and 8 digital sink-type outputs. The built-in RS485 interface enables easy expansion by cascading additional Modbus RTU devices, while the intelligent register mapping function ensures fast response times for real-time control applications. The module also provides a configurable power output (9-36VDC) for connecting external sensors or devices.

Designed for harsh industrial conditions, the M160E features wide operating voltage (9-36VDC) with reverse polarity protection, professional signal isolation and a durable metal housing with IP30 protection rating.
