The M140E Remote IO Acquisition Module is a high-performance, industrial-grade Ethernet remote I/O module designed for robust data acquisition and control in harsh environments. Featuring 8 digital inputs and 8 digital outputs, this module supports Modbus TCP, Modbus RTU and MQTT protocols, ensuring seamless integration with SCADA, PLCs and cloud platforms.
Description

The BLIIoT M140E is designed for industrial automation and remote data acquisition, featuring a 32-bit MCU, dual 10/100M Ethernet ports and an RS485 interface. It supports Modbus TCP (master/slave), Modbus RTU over TCP and MQTT protocols, enabling seamless integration with SCADA systems, PLCs and IoT platforms. Operating on a wide 9~36VDC power input, it also provides a 9~36VDC/1500mA output to power external sensors or devices.

This High Speed Pulse Output Module Industrial Remote I/O Module includes 8 digital inputs and 8 digital outputs. DI supports dry/wet contacts and pulse counting up to 1kHz. The DO channels use SINK output, with DO1 supporting pulse output (10Hz~300kHz).

The M140E allows cascading of Modbus RTU slave devices via its RS485 port and provides 300 BIT + 300 16-bit register mappings for efficient data polling over TCP. Housed in a compact metal enclosure with IP30 protection, it supports DIN rail or wall mounting, making it ideal for digital I/O monitoring and control in harsh industrial environments.
